By submitting an advertisement to the Auto Point web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by Pakistan Penal Court. All references to "the customer" refer to the user applying to place an advertisement for a vehicle on the AutoPoint.com.pk website

| Advertisers are offered the option of placing an advertisement for a period of one month from the date of first publication on the web site. |
|
|
|
|
| Auto Point Pakistan is only able to display one advertisement for each vehicle at any one time on the web site. If the customer orders a subsequent advertisement for a vehicle which is already advertised on the web site, then the subsequent advertisement will replace the previous advertisement for that vehicle. |
|
|
|
|
| The standard time period for one advertisement is one month. The price for each advertisement depends on the service you choose. |
|
| Following are the four different categories to place your ad on the Website and Magazine of Auto Point Pakistan: |

If you send us pictures and details of your car through email or by visiting us in person, then it would cost Rs. 200/- to place one ad on the website. |
|
|
|
|
If any of the employee of Auto Point Pakistan visits your company(the seller) to collect the details and images of your car, then it would cost Rs 300/- to place one ad on the website. |
|
|
|
|
For placing an ad in the magazine of Auto Point Pakistan for one edition, the ad would cost an additional amount of Rs. 300/- |
|
|
|
|
Similarly for placing an ad in the magazine of Auto Point Pakistan for two consecutive editions, the ad would cost an additional amount of Rs. 600/- |
|
|
|
|
|
| Only one vehicle may be featured in each advertisement.
The advert copy that you may have supplied must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the Pakistan code of Advertising. Auto Point Pakistan may amend the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements. Auto Point Pakistan is able to verify the truthfulness of any statements (including the authenticity of photographs) made by a customer in the advertisement copy. In order to meet the technical and production requirements of the web site, Auto Point Pakistan reserves the right to edit, amend or alter the copy or photograph supplied by the customer. Where possible - Auto Point Pakistan will contact the customers to inform them of these changes prior to publication.
In the event that Auto Point Pakistan is unable to accept an advertisement for any reason, we will attempt to inform the customer of this if at all possible. In the event that we reject the advertisement, no charge will be incurred by the customer. No contract will be deemed to exist between the customer and Auto Point Pakistan until the advertisement has been accepted for publication on the web site.

The copyright in all adverts (including text and photographs) shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us. All uploaded photos will be watermarked for security/copyright reasons before they appear on the Auto Point website.

|
|
| Advertisements supplied on-line to Auto Point Pakistan between 08:00 Monday till 18:00 on Saturday will be processed in 24 hours and published on the site following the working day. |
|
|
|
|
| A full refund can only be obtained if the advert has not gone live on the Auto Point website. Adverts are processed 7 days a week within a maximum of 24 hours including weekends. Website adverts are bought as a package and cancellations made after the advert once would have been gone live on the website shall not be subjected to any refund.
|
|
| However, the publication of an advert can be cancelled to avoid unwanted response (subject to publication deadline). Advertisements can be cancelled by sending an e-mail - quoting the advertisement reference number - to info@autopoint.com.pk or by contacting customer services on 055-3845221, 3846221. |

|
|
| As soon as an advertisement has been accepted for carriage, a confirmation email will be sent to the advertiser explaining that the advertisement has gone live on the site.
In the event that an advertisement has been rejected for carriage, Auto Point Pakistan will send an email to the customer explaining whom they need to contact in order to find out why their advertisement has been rejected.

| Once your advert has been accepted onto the website, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details on how to amend your advert once it's live on the site.
Please do not delete this email as it also gives instructions about how to remove your advert from the site when your vehicle is sold.

| If you need to add or change your photo, you can supply it via email to info@autotpoint.com.pk or post it to Customer Care, Trust Plaza, G.T. Road, Gujranwala (52250) Pakistan. Please write your full name, vehicle registration and customer order number (a unique customer order number will be emailed to you once you've placed an advert) on the back of the photograph. We can only return photographs if you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope.

| If your email relates to an advert, please include your advert reference number, vehicle registration or postcode with the query. |

| Auto Point Pakistan will require to carry out routine maintenance and service of its servers and equipment. While Auto Point Pakistan seeks to keep disruption to a minimum, it does not guarantee that the advertisement will be continuously available on-line for the duration of the advert.
Where an advertisement does not appear on the web site despite confirmation being sent to the advertiser, the customer will be entitled to an additional free week's carriage or a refund of the advert price, unless the omission, cancellation or mismatch was caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Auto Point Pakistan or breach of contract by the customer. Auto Point's liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or series of adverts involved, provided that nothing in this clause shall limit Auto Point Pakistan's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our service or agents.
